Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Samantha, AL, is seeking a skilled Counselor to support students academic, social, and emotional development. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the student community by providing guidance and support tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to K-12 students
• Assist students with academic planning and career development
• Address social, emotional, and behavioral issues through counseling interventions

• Conduct assessments and refer students to additional resources as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid counseling certification or licensure according to state requirements
