In the role of Senior Real Estate Services Appraiser, we'll count on you to:

• Provide market value estimates in conformance with a variety of local, county, state and/or federal requirements
• Prepare appraisals or review appraisal reports prepared by others involving valuation conditions, including partial acquisitions, entire acquisitions, and easement valuations and oversight for others in valuation and assessment roles
• Lead others or work closely with large team as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years experience or equivalent combination thereof
• Preference given to local candidates

Required Qualifications

• May need to hold a General Certification license in the States where work is performed
• Education specific to Eminent Domain acquisitions or Right of Way appraisal will be considered a positive attribute
• An understanding of the requirements of the UASFLA (Yellow Book), the appropriate state Department of Transportation Right of Way manual(s), and USPAP
• Experience with industry specific Appraisal forms is expected
• MAI designation is a plus
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
