Job Description

As an SEO Specialist, you will lead the technical audits, analysis, and implementation of technical recommendations to help uncover and improve site performance. You will be expected to have the skills required to reduce crawl budget, remedy site performance issues, and implement/troubleshoot structured data using a variety of tools. This person in this role will work 3 days a week in person with our SEO team at Market My Market's new Charlotte, NC office in the South End neighborhood. Responsibilities: Identify and address SEO errors/issues using Google Search Console Identify and implement new schema markup opportunities Perform advanced site audits Implement and optimize content silos and internal link structures Experience implementing and troubleshooting tags via GTM Keep pace with SEO industry trends and report changes as needed Prepare detailed strategy reports Analyze and report on SEO techniques used by competitors Qualities we look for in an ideal team member: Discipline and organization to work remotely or in a hybrid setting in the Charlotte, NC area Responsiveness and consistent communication A desire to become an industry expert in main competencies Always experimenting and keeping up with SEO trends About the position: We are looking for someone passionate about SEO and focused on high-level SEO aspects. This is a hybrid in-person and remote position based in Charlotte, NC. The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $57,000.
