👷 What You’ll Do as Service Manager:

You’ll be the cornerstone of our service department — leading from the front, making data-driven decisions, and cultivating a results-oriented team culture.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and developing a team of HVAC/R, commercial kitchen, and plumbing technicians, installers, dispatchers, and support staff

• Overseeing day-to-day service operations across the DFW metro area

• Setting clear expectations, holding team members accountable, and driving consistent results

• Managing project timelines, quality control, safety standards, and customer satisfaction

• Reviewing department KPIs, job performance metrics, and budgets

• Serving as a key liaison between field teams, office support, and commercial clients

🔧 What We’re Looking For:

• 6–8 years of experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and/or plumbing

• 4–6 years of direct leadership experience in a service-based mechanical environment (Service Manager, Supervisor, Lead Tech, or similar)

• A proven track record of managing commercial field teams and driving operational success

• Hands-on technical knowledge in commercial mechanical systems

• Skilled in project coordination, customer service, and performance coaching

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, dispatch/service software, and reporting tools

• Valid Texas driver’s license & clean driving record

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management

• Familiarity with local HVAC and plumbing codes

• Experience using service management or ERP systems
