The Systems Testing Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing testing efforts for large systems, including GUI and non-GUI environments. This role involves developing test plans, test scripts, and test cases, as well as identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects. The specialist will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the quality of systems and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Provides advice on testing strategy, test plans, selection of testing tools, and resource identification.
- Plans and organizes testing efforts for large systems in GUI and non-GUI environments.
- Develops test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
- Executes functional, integration, system, and regression tests.
- Validates system behavior under various conditions.
- Identifies, documents, and tracks software defects.
- Works closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Develops and maintains automated test scripts.
- Integrates automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conducts performance, stress, and load testing.
- Collaborates with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Participates in Agile ceremonies.
- Maintains detailed documentation of test results and quality metrics.
- Provides input for user manuals and release notes.
- Ensures testing processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Validates data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across various system components and databases.
- Develops and manages robust test data strategies.
