Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Remote in New York State

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting recruitment activities across client projects and support the VP of Talent Services and VP of Executive and Direct Search as needed. This role involves assisting with candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, and ensuring seamless candidate experiences, while upholding M3 Placement and Partnership’s commitment to exceptional service and professionalism.

CORE DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, supporting future growth.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment through collaboration and clear communication, aligned with M3’s values.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and applications, routing them to the appropriate team member. All while creating an exceptional experience no matter the interaction.
  • Participate in client intake calls, screening candidates, and conduct reference checks.
  • Schedule candidate interviews (remote and in-person), in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and prepare detailed candidate overviews for clients based on findings.
  • Regularly and proactively update the Manager or Project Lead on the status and progress of candidate evaluations.
  • Produce timely and compliant reporting information to meet applicable deadlines.
  • Assist with maintaining job postings, screening resumes, and reviewing online applications.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary updates and reminders.
  • Keep candidates informed of their application status, including sending standard declinations as appropriate.
  • Input and maintain accurate candidate data in ATS tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Produce specified reporting information in a timely, compliant manner that meets applicable deadlines.
  • Complete additional projects and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 years professional experience; staffing a plus.

· Microsoft Office Suite experience (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
