Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Early Careers The TA Coordinator is critical in supporting our Early Careers team, providing the administrative, research, and data backbone that keeps campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives running smoothly. Location Our team enjoys a hybrid work schedule, balancing two days in our Downtown Chicago office and three days of remote flexibility. The Impact You Will Have Manage stakeholder communication by providing exceptional support to managers, candidates, and internal teams. Assist hiring managers with scheduling, coordination, and other campus recruitment-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with the Early Careers team to keep hiring managers across Benesch fully informed about events and registrations, while supporting additional campus-related administrative responsibilities and coordinating logistics. Support campus recruitment initiatives by building strong relationships with schools and identifying high-impact events, classroom visits, presentations, and other opportunities to engage students. Conduct research and manage data to plan and execute well-targeted, organized events that enhance the attendee experience, while analyzing program metrics to drive continuous improvements. Collect, analyze, and organize recruitment data to identify trends, measure ROI, and provide insights that support informed decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on key metrics, program performance, and Early Careers initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to support recruitment efforts and elevate the candidate experience. Support pre-hire and onboarding processes, including reference checks and document tracking. Partner with HR leadership on special projects, audits, and strategic initiatives to enhance processes and team outcomes. Perform additional administrative responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the Talent Acquisition team. What We Are Looking For Experience working in an administrative role supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You hold an associate's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience working with a CRM or applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus, but not required. Proven analytical skills, capable of collecting, organizing, and presenting data to support decision-making and demonstrate program impact. You are collaborative, adaptable, and proactive with the ability to share ideas, take initiative, and contribute to a high-performing team. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, hiring managers, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
