As a Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle titles and related paperwork. You will be responsible for accurately completing title transactions, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success in this role.

What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

• Process MSOs and Titles of new and pre-owned vehicles to the Title Department
• Process license plate issues and transfers
• Submit all information to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to be processed
• Any additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organization and prioritization skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment

Essential Job Functions:

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous dealership experience preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience with automotive titles
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week and occasional overtime
