Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York.

RN SUPERVISOR

Shift & Schedule

• Weekend Doubles Only – Every Saturday & Sunday
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (16-hour shift)
• Weekly Hours: 2 shifts × 16 hours = 32 hours/week 

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care across a 40-bed long-term care unit.
• Provide clinical oversight for patients with conditions such as MS, orthopedic issues, dementia, and memory care.
• Support direct care, coordinate patient services, and ensure compliance with nursing protocols.
• Use PointClick Care (EMR) for charting and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Long Term Care (LTC).
• License: Active NY RN license.
• Certifications: BLS required.
• Must be comfortable supervising staff in a long-term care/rehabilitation environment.
