Position Overview:

UNRL is a dynamic and growing company with a team-oriented culture. We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse organization. This individual will manage and optimize warehouse processes, systems, and outputs to exceed our customer fulfillment expectations. We are looking for someone who will be agile and equipped to lead, operate, and deliver in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead entire warehouse organization.
• Oversee in-house Production Department.
• Implement training and development for warehouse team.
• Drive accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
• Create Warehouse Playbook (SOP's) to meet current and future warehouse needs.
• Utilize tools, systems, and Apps, (Zoho, Shipstation, Shopify) to increase productivity.
• Analyze and leverage data to make sound decisions.
• Optimize fulfillment output for D2C and B2B channels.
• Foster trust and respect for warehouse management.
• Enhance efficiencies for product flow, floorplan, storage, and replenishment.
• Direct team to organize and clean warehouse environment.
• Monitor and negotiate pricing contracts with shipping carriers.
• Lead culture of Customer-Focused Warehouse Team.
• Identify opportunities for Operational Excellence.
• Increase awareness of safety protocol.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments.
• Implement and communicate performance metrics and measurables.
• Maintain professional relationships with employees.

Requirements

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, Technical School, Certification in related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience Warehouse Leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical aptitude to enhance and improve processes.
• Knowledge of scheduling production (i.e. Monday.com).
• Ability to grow and expand warehouse capabilities, output, and footprint.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS in bin managed warehouse using handheld devices.
• Familiarity with fulfillment/shipping applications (Shipstation, Shopify).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working and leading in fast-paced, high growth environment.
