Working Student—Talent Management Unit (Project Leader, Principal & Partner) (all genders) at Boston Consulting Group summary:

As a Working Student in the Talent Management Unit at BCG, you support career development, staffing, and HR-related tasks by assisting with performance evaluations, preparing relevant documentation, and maintaining staffing databases. You collaborate closely with Talent Specialists to facilitate consultant assignments and respond to ad hoc requests, contributing to a supportive and dynamic HR environment. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in German and English, ideally suited for students with business or social sciences backgrounds.

What You'll Do

As a Working Student , you’ll support us in the areas of career development, staffing, and HR topics. In terms of career development, you’ll assist our team in preparing Career Development (CD) meetings by requesting performance evaluations for our Senior Consulting Staff. You’ll also aid in compiling relevant documents for our CD meetings. In the context of staffing, you’ll process data in our HR/staffing database, including maintaining and controlling information on the planned and actual assignments of individual consultant groups. All the while, you’ll work together closely with our (Junior) Talent Specialists , supporting their daily work and assisting with ad hoc requests.

What You'll Bring

• You are enrolled as a student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or the humanities.
• You have completed internships or gained some practical experience in a service-oriented field. 
• You are highly motivated and perform your assigned tasks independently and with strong dedication. 
• You have excellent team and communication skills and a service mentality. 
• You are proficient in the MS Office package, especially Excel. 
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile.
