Insurance Coordinator & Front Desk Position

At Jupiter Advanced Dentistry, we’re redefining what a dental visit feels like. We specialize in family, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, and we take pride in providing gentle, personalized care.

We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator and Front Desk team member who enjoys creating great first impressions, managing patient insurance, and supporting a smooth, professional front office.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Coordination

· Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to patient appointments

· Accurately enter insurance information and maintain patient records

· Prepare and submit insurance claims

· Track, post, and reconcile insurance payments and adjustments

· Follow up on unpaid or denied claims promptly

· Communicate coverage details and out-of-pocket estimates to patients

· Reconcile daily deposit reports and insurance EFTs

· Stay current with CDT code updates, PPO fee schedules and compliance regulations

· Manage Insurance aging reports to keep AR less than 10% over 90 days

Front Desk & Patient Relations

· Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

· Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently to optimize provider time

· Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries courteously

· Collect payments, manage patient balances, and maintain accurate ledgers

· Support patient flow and assist with daily administrative operations

· Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth communication and scheduling

Qualifications

· Experience: Minimum 2 years in a dental front office or insurance coordinator role

· Knowledge: Proficiency in dental insurance billing, CDT codes, and verification processes

· Software: Familiarity with Dentrix (or similar dental practice software) preferred

· Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

· Personality: Friendly, dependable, team-oriented, and patient-focused
