Job Description: Answer incoming telephone calls, greet, and check in patients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner 1 to 5 years of work experience in a Medical setting -but will take entry level as needed Experience with Electronic Medical Record HER, High School Diploma is required ,medical records, chart prep/validation, answer phones , schedule appts, scanning records to be indexed, indexing records when needed, cross train check in and check out.
