Packaging Production Designer – Hybrid in Minneapolis

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402

Contract: Through November 14, 2025 (with potential extension)

Pay Rate: $22–$35/hr W2 + benefits

Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite (Wednesdays plus one flexible day)

We’re looking for a Packaging Production Designer to join a dynamic creative team supporting our client's Owned Brand portfolio. In this role, you’ll collaborate with creative, packaging, and global teams to deliver high-quality packaging designs that uphold brand integrity across multiple formats and categories.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of brand packaging standards
• Collaborating with creative and packaging teams on innovative, on-brand solutions
• Building presentation decks, mockups, and materials for senior management review
• Managing and updating brand standards, toolkits, and support documentation
• Proofing vendor artwork for quality and brand consistency
• Organizing multiple projects to meet deadlines while balancing competing priorities
• Ensuring best practices for print processes, substrates, and dielines

Requirements:

• Design degree with 4–8 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop on Mac
• Comfortable with collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, Miro, Slack, Concepboard
• Understanding of print processes, packaging substrates, and dielines
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation, and communication skills
