The Product Selector is responsible for accurately picking and preparing products for shipment to Wegmans stores, ensuring order accuracy, product quality, and safety standards. The role involves operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining cold chain integrity, and minimizing product damage during loading. Employees must work efficiently as part of a warehouse team, follow safety protocols, and communicate quality issues to management.
