This clerical position supports the Real Estate Project Manager in completing real estate transactions. Responsibilities Evaluate and analyze real estate appropriation requests Gather information for data input Manage project records Review and analyze real property records, including copying, scanning, and electronic data provision Order appraisals and market analysis reports Review data from municipalities, outside entities, and other Church Departments to assist in property acquisition, disposition, and use agreements Prepare reports and maps for management presentations Organize and manage data from various databases Purge working files to permanent records Track project status and update tracking tools Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, project or business management, marketing, or accounting, or equivalent work experience Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant professional experience Required Skills: Computer proficiency Experience in real estate transactions, capital needs analysis, business, marketing, and finance Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office Worthiness Qualification: Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Contract Job function: Sales and Management Industries: Staffing and Recruiting This job posting appears active.
