This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. This position will need to have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Responsibilities: Greet customers in a professional manner and assist them with their requests. Treat all customers with courtesy and respect. Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails in a professional manner. Support the sales department by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner. Other tasks as assigned. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Valid Driver's License Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
