We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a 32-week travel contract at the Santa Fe Service Unit (PHS Indian Hospital) in Santa Fe, New Mexico . This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care and discharge planning support within a federal healthcare facility serving Native American communities.
