Channel Isolation effects presets -quickly isolate rgb, as well as cmy and white. Good for ID mattes from CG.

AE internal file structure -keep your stuff organized in AE (7.0 or greater)

Bezier Warp Rig -bend layers using null position data. Works with 2d or 3d nulls. Perfect for tracking labels onto bottles, and other non-flat surfaces. Also good for creating curved surfaces that respond to camera movement.
